Hello?  We make our own layouts, and we try to do the best job we can.  Every now and then we goof up on a layout and even though it may be a minor mistake our commercial customers will not accept anything but perfect layouts.  We sell these mistakes as "seconds".  Needless to say, we do not manufacturer "seconds" on purpose, so the supply of seconds is variable.  When you order a "second" please understand that it may take us a week or better to get you that layout in "second" format.
